About Oli

I am Oli. I am a Dane living in San Diego, and I think in Danish and write in English, which makes me direct by default.

I have been vegan for 7 years. I track my own data: labs, Whoop, a Withings scale and Eight Sleep. My own numbers are the proof I can show, and I would rather show them than ask you to take my word.

I skipped college on purpose. After two years of travel and work on my own, I went into e-commerce, SEO and marketing. Today I am CMO in a family health business, so I see how health claims get made and where they break.

I write with the claim first, then the number and its source. One number per slide, short paragraphs, and no hype. I start with my own country before I criticise any other.
