Oli. A Dane in San Diego who questions what his own country calls normal before anyone else’s.

Question what every country calls normal. Test it against the health data. Keep what holds.

Five pursuits, one idea: the norms that survive the data become community, products and better defaults for kids.

  1. 01Public logWhere every test lands, dated, with its source. Nothing else on this site exists until it is here.
  2. 02Country atlasTravel shows me the norms other countries live by. The data says which of them hold.
  3. 03CommunitiesThe norms that hold become something we do together, in person, starting in San Diego.
  4. 04Three brandsThe ones worth keeping become products, each from the country that does it best.
  5. 05School foodThe best defaults go first to the people who inherit them: kids, one school at a time.

Why

Question what society tells us to do, and test it until a deeper truth shows up. My lane inside that is health, wellness and growth. This site is where I do that in public, with the sources attached.

Every episode starts with the same sentence: How can [the country's proudest title] have [the stat nobody talks about]? Denmark is the first one: How can the happiest country on earth have the highest cancer rate in the EU? The gap between a belief a country holds and a number nobody talks about is where the question starts.

I am going through 200+ countries and territories, one hidden truth at a time. Each country shows me one inherited norm about eating, moving, sleeping or belonging. The data tells me whether that norm holds up.

    Public log

One question per country: how can Denmark, the happiest country on earth, have the highest cancer rate in the EU?

    Now
I have a site and a brand playbook. A dated public log is not yet established.
    After
Publish an honest public log of research, experiments, corrections, products and community building.

    Country atlas

Each country shows one inherited norm about eating, moving, sleeping or belonging, and the data tells me whether it holds up.

    Now
I have an atlas interface, a country list and some country research files. Coverage and sourcing need an audit.
    After
Publish a sourced, balanced country-by-country account of longevity practices and harms, with corrections and local perspectives.

    Communities

The in-person version of the same question.

    Now
The site describes a San Diego community and a worldwide representative vision. No active venues or events are documented.
    After
Recurring physical gatherings such as longevity coffee run clubs, connected to a worldwide community. One idea is a San Diego Sunday: a monthly walk or run with coffee after. It is an idea, not a plan with a date.

  4. Idea

    Three brands

Products come after the data, not before.

    Now
Three brands are a stated ambition. Concepts and launch claims are not all verified.
    After
Three distinct consumer product brands that embody the health philosophy. One idea is country imports: each product comes from the country that does it best, and the episode is the launch.

    School food

What does this country feed its kids?

    Now
A scored recipe exists: a chia, oat, hemp and plant yogurt bowl measured on 11/10/2026 against a protein and calorie target, with every ingredient sourced to USDA or the label. No school has been approached.
    After
One pilot school serves a chia overnight oats cup for four weeks and the plate waste, participation and taste vote are published. Then the campaign.

The bowl, scored

I measured my morning bowl against my protein target. The seeds are omega-3 and fibre foods, not protein foods, and I had cut the wrong ingredient.

Rebuilt on Cloudflare

The site is now a data-driven public log on my own Cloudflare account. Railway is retired.
