Round two ideas
Five ideas to build around the series.
On 03/10/2026 I wrote round two of IDEAS.md. The core idea was that the country series is the lab for every other pursuit. Each episode has a bad side, the paradox, and a good side, something that country does better.
The five ideas were: steal one habit from a country that got it right, run country imports where each product comes from the country that does it best, a San Diego Sunday as a free monthly walk or run with coffee after, an open atlas with one page per country and every claim sourced, and a question to followers about what the 195 countries feed their kids.
None of the five is a product yet. Each one has a smallest test, and the first tests come before any sales.
